The intern

I watched "the intern" which had Anne Hathaway and Robert deniro in it. So probably what you are thinking is, this movie is going to be really bad with sexual innuendos and inappropriate scenes. I once again was really quite shocked at how clean this movie was. I also really enjoyed the story line. It was definitely one of those feel good movies but not really one that would make you need a whole box of tissues or anything. But it was a good movie and I was happy to see that especially these actors were able to make a movie with a good plot line that cause the audience to evaluate life better.

  1. Agreed, I even did a post on this movie as well. I thought it taught good work ethic, and good values in general. I wrote my evaluation on how it portrays women, but I actually now wish I would have written how impressed I was in how they portrayed the juxtaposition of men's different characters today. You have the classy, kind, hard working, old-fashioned Robert Dinero, then the single, sloppy, struggling, single guys, the sexist power hungy CEOs, then the young husband/dad who appears great on the outside but is really struggling with his marriage and chooses to cheat. It was great to see that what helped every situation was Robert's character. He influenced everyone with his good morals, and I hope more people take that away from this film, that you can still be respected as a good hard-working individual, especially as men! You don't have to be the most hipster or the most rich, but can have great character and do well in life.
